You will find a few easy creek crossings on your way to this waterfall, when we went it was fairly muddy, so wear good shoes that won’t make you slip.
We also came across bear tracks, whether they were fresh or not I don’t know. Hardly anyone was on this trail when we went, so it was a peaceful endeavor.
Haw Orchard Mountain and Twin Pinnacles Loop (2 miles):
For a more challenging adventure, consider tackling the Haw Orchard Mountain and Twin Pinnacles Loop. Be aware that there are sometimes heavy crowds on this trail, so try tackling it during non-peak hours
